We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

The Wise ALTERNATIVE® will ship your order using USPS priority mail. If special shipping arrangements are needed: a different carrier or expedited shipping, additional charges will apply. If special arrangements are needed, please call 918-836-0565 Monday – Friday 8:00 – 5:30 CST before placing your order.
Delivery for USPS International shipping is often 6 – 10 days transit time. This does not include time needed for your order to clear customs.
Import taxes: You may have to pay import taxes, customs duty, etc. You may also be required to pay a brokerage (Handling) Fee for these shipments as well. These charges are separate from your shipping charge. These fees are not included in your order from The Wise ALTERNATIVE®.

We ask that you contact your customs office, and learn about import regulations and restrictions before placing your order. It is important for you to become familiar with the Customs policies for your specific country before ordering. Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing their regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, delivery being delayed, or returned to us. Please check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of the products you are going to order from us and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.
Please Note: If your order is returned to us due to banned / restricted products, an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, refusal to accept order, or because no one was there to accept delivery of your order, your credit card will be refunded as follows:
You will be refunded the total amount of the order minus the shipping charge and 10 percent of the value of the order as a re-stocking fee. We will also subtract any other outside charges we have incurred during shipping, such as warehousing fees, return postage fees, etc.
If the cost to return the product to us is larger than the cost of the refund due, we will instruct the carrier to abandon the order and there will be no credit for the order. If the product(s) is seized by customs there will be no credit processed for the product(s).
We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen product due to natural disaster (fire, flood, earthquakes, etc.) or wartime / strife that may affect your country at the time of your order.

Refund / Return Policy
Products purchased from The Wise ALTERNATIVE® carry a 15 day money back guarantee if the product is damaged. Our products are packed carefully but could be damaged in transit. It is your responsibility to inspect the shipment immediately and contact us if there is a problem.
VERY IMPORTANT: Prior to returning any merchandise, you must contact The Wise ALTERNATIVE® at 1-918-492-2400 between 8:30am – 5:30pm CST Monday-Friday for a return authorization number.
The Wise ALTERNATIVE® will not accept any products returned for a refund without a return authorization number. We'll be happy to pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item). In all other cases, the customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a store credit, less a 10% restocking fee. Due to the importance of freshness regarding herbs and natural supplements, orders over 30 days cannot be returned.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 4 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 7 business days).

Note: If you take our product and have Irritable Bowel Syndrome and are low on Omega 3 and/or Magnesium, you may continue to have difficulties if / when you consume genetically modified wheat. This can be addressed by taking these supplements or by consuming strictly organic wheat.
